Popping boba Matcha latte (vegan)
- 1/4 cup kiwi or strawberry popping boba
- 1 tsp. matcha green tea powder
- 2 tbsp. hot water
- 1 cup oat milk or other milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Prepare the matcha in a bowl, adding hot water to the matcha, then whisk until the matcha is well dissolved and foamy. Add sugar to taste.
Add the plant-based milk to a glass filled with ice cubes, then slowly pour the whipped Matcha on top for a nice layering effect. Add the popping boba on top.
Lime boba Cosmopolitan
- 2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz cranberry juice
- 1/4 oz cane syrup or maple syrup
- 2 oz lime or litchi popping boba
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker, except the popping boba. Top with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Express the oils from the lime wedge and garnish, and lastly, add the popping boba in the glass.


Autumn latte with pumpkin spice boba
Pumpkin spice simple syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cloves
- 3 whole black peppercorns
- 2 whole cinnamon sticks
- 1 whole nutmeg
- 1 star anise
- 1 piece of lemon zest, about 1 inch wide
Autumn latte:
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 to 2 tbsp. fall spice simple syrup, to taste
- 1/3 cup freshly ground espresso
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. pumpkin spice popping pearls
Fruit salad with lychee-flavored boba
- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
- 2 cups cubed papaya
- 2 mangoes without skin, pitted and cubed
- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Juice of 2 limes
- ½ tsp. star anise powder
- Grated coconut, to serve
- 4 cups lychee boba
Combine cantaloupe, honeydew melon, papaya, pineapple, honey, lime juice and mangoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with star anise and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, stir in half of the lychee exploding boba and garnish the salad with the other half.


Maple cream pancakes topped with maple popping pearls
Pancakes:
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp. vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp. maple sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Maple custard:
- 1 cup 35% M.F. whipping cream
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup English cream
- 3 tbsp. maple sugar
- Maple flavor pearls, to garnish the plates
Raspberry Popping Boba Cereal
- A bowl filled with your favorite cereal with milk.
- 1/2 cup popping boba, previously drained in a strainer to separate the syrup
- 1 tsp. coconut flakes, to taste, for garnish
